A parish mission for the whole family given by Fr. Leo Patalinghug
March 30–April 1, 2025

Fr. Leo Patalinghug will preach all our parish Masses on March 29/30. He will present the mission talks on March 30, March 31, and April 1 at 6:30pm at St. Joseph Church in Wapakoneta. Each evening talk will be different and they will build on each other, but you do not have to attend all nights (though we highly encourage it!). Families are encouraged to attend this Parish Mission together. Mark your calendars and tell your friends!

Topics Each Night:

March 30th (6:30pm in the church): Becoming Saints – The Road to Holiness
March 31st (6:30pm in the church): Finding God Through His Mother – Spiritual Combat
April 1st (6:30pm in the church): Finding God in the Eucharist – The Summit

Schedule of Events Each Night:

5pm Shuttle service begins from Auglaize County Fairgrounds
5–6:15pm Confession available
5:30pm Bookstore opens in the Parish Life Center (Fr. Leo’s books will be available for purchase)
5:45pm Rosary begins in church
6:30pm Mission with Fr. Leo begins in church
After talk Confession available; bookstore open (book signings with Fr. Leo); hospitality with light refreshments available in the Parish Life Center
9pm Last shuttle to Auglaize County Fairgrounds

*Shuttles to St. Joseph Church will be offered from the Auglaize County Fairgrounds from 5–9pm. We are encouraging all that are able to use the shuttle so that there is closer parking for those who may need it. The church parking lot at St. Joseph will be limited to handicapped/elderly parking. 

*There will be a small nursery available for babies, as well as a cry room for toddlers that may need some more space to move (parents must be present).

About Fr. Leo

Fr. Leo Patalinghug is a priest member of a community of consecrated life, Voluntas Dei (The Will of God). He is the creator and founder of an international food and faith movement called Plating Grace, founder and chair of the nonprofit group The Table Foundation, and creator of the Plating Grace and Grub Food Truck. He is a best-selling author (including his latest book Dining with the Saints), acclaimed international speaker, radio host, host of The Father Leo Show on YouTube and a weekly international food and faith show on EWTN, Savoring our Faith. He also holds a degree in Mariology that he obtained in Rome during his time there.
