During Eucharistic Adoration, the Eucharist is displayed in a monstrance in the constant company of the faithful who pray to Jesus Christ. It is His Body, Blood, Soul, and Divinity that is really, truly, and substantially present in the Eucharist.
While it is true that you can pray to God anywhere and that He is always within you, it is especially powerful to adore Jesus in the Eucharist. In the presence of the Eucharist, we pray to the power and sacrifice that it represents, the Body of Jesus Who gave His life for us. While we receive the Eucharist in Communion at Mass, being in the presence of the Body, Blood, Soul, and Divinity of Jesus Christ gives spiritual strength and nourishment in a uniquely powerful way.
Adoration of the Blessed Sacrament is offered in the main part of St. Joseph or Immaculate Conception Church each Thursday. The location alternates each week. (See schedule here.) Adoration begins after the morning Mass (about 8:30am) and concludes at 7pm. Families are encouraged to come together to visit Our Lord in the Blessed Sacrament. This is a wonderful way to introduce children to adoration! You may come for as long or as little time as you like, even if it’s only 5-10 minutes. Stop in on your lunch break, after you get off work, or whenever you are able. Restless children are welcome!
St. Joseph: Chapel opens at noon on Sunday and closes at midnight on Thursday.
Immaculate Conception: Chapel opens at noon on Sunday and closes at 9:00pm on Friday.

If you aren’t able to sign up for an hour, you are most welcome to stop in and visit Jesus whenever our chapels are open.
Each day besides Sundays, a Holy Hour is held at St. John Church from 6:30–7:30am. This is open to all! Our Lord is exposed on the altar for Adoration, and Morning Prayer is prayed at 7:15am. For more information, click here.
